Why NDIS providers need more than a Facebook page

When a participant, a family member or a support coordinator hears your name, the next thing they do is search for you. What they're checking is simple: are you real, what exactly do you offer, which areas do you cover, and how do they reach you. A clear website answers all four in under a minute. A Facebook page with a Gmail address often leaves them unsure — and they move on to the next provider on the list.

What goes on an NDIS provider site

• Your services, in plain English — daily living support, community access, SIL/STA, support coordination, nursing, transport — with who each one is for.
• Service area — the suburbs and councils you cover, so coordinators can rule you in quickly.
• Registration status and ABN — stated accurately, whether you're NDIS-registered or supporting self- and plan-managed participants.
• Referral-friendly contact — a simple referral/enquiry form, tap-to-call, and an email on your own domain instead of a Gmail address.
• Accessible by design — readable text sizes, strong colour contrast, clear headings and descriptive image text, so the site works for participants using screen readers or magnification.

After-hours enquiries

Families often search late at night. An optional AI enquiry assistant can answer common questions (“do you cover Craigieburn?”, “do you take plan-managed participants?”) and pass the details to you in the morning — so the enquiry isn't lost to whoever happened to answer first.

Can you set up an email address on my own domain?

Yes. I can set up forwarding so [email protected] arrives in your existing Gmail inbox, and you can reply from it. It's one of the simplest trust signals for referrers.

Will the site be accessible?

The sites are built to follow the WCAG accessibility guidelines — semantic headings, good contrast, readable fonts and alt text on images — which matters when many of your visitors may use assistive technology.

Do I really pay nothing for the first homepage?

Yes. I build a working homepage for your business first. If you like it, you pay the package price and I finish the rest. If you don't, you walk away and there's no invoice.

Are there monthly fees?

No. Hosting is free (on Cloudflare's global network, with SSL). The only ongoing cost is your domain name — about $15 a year, paid directly to the registrar, so you own it.
