Starter websites (up to 3 pages) start at $499 AUD. Business Lite (up to 5 pages) is $599 AUD. A full business website (up to 8 pages) is $999 AUD. E-commerce sites start at $1,999 AUD. All prices are one-time — no monthly hosting fees. Hosting is free for life. You only pay ~$15/year for your domain name.
What does "pay nothing unless you like it" mean?
We build your homepage first, for free. You review it. If you like what you see, we proceed with the full site and you pay the agreed price. If you don't like it, you walk away owing nothing. No deposit, no risk, no obligation. It's our way of proving we can deliver before you commit — because we're confident in what we build.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most small business websites are delivered within 1–2 weeks from agreement. The free homepage preview typically takes 2–3 business days. Larger or e-commerce projects may take 3–4 weeks depending on complexity. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start — no surprises.
What is AI automation and how can it help my small business?
AI automation means setting up software that handles repetitive tasks for you — things like auto-responding to customer enquiries, generating social media content, processing invoices, or managing appointment bookings. For a small business, this means fewer hours spent on admin, faster response times for customers, and more time to focus on actually running your business. Do you work remotely? Can you help if I'm not in Melbourne?
Yes — we work with clients Australia-wide. Everything is done remotely: discovery calls via phone or video, design reviews by screen share, and delivery via email and live preview links. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (preferred), PayPal, and credit/debit cards via Stripe. Payment is due on project completion — you see the finished site before you pay. For larger projects, we may agree on milestone payments (e.g., 50% at design approval, 50% at launch). Every arrangement is discussed and agreed upfront.
Do you offer ongoing support after the site is live?
Yes. We provide 30 days of free post-launch support for bug fixes and small content updates. After that, ongoing maintenance and updates are available at affordable hourly rates — or we can set you up so you can make simple changes yourself. Your site won't be abandoned after launch.
What about SEO — will people find my site on Google?
Every site we build includes on-page SEO: proper headings, meta descriptions, fast loading, mobile responsiveness, structured data (schema markup), and sitemap submission. We don't do ongoing SEO campaigns, but we build your site on a solid technical foundation so Google can index it properly from day one. Many of our clients rank for local searches within weeks of launch.
What's the difference between your AI services and hiring a regular web developer?
